Although we had her birthday dinner on Friday night, my wife's birthday was actually on Saturday. She had plans to go out with her friend in the evening, but wanted to go see the performers in Circus Circus with me and the girls first. So after the girls spent the morning at the pool, we headed out to Circus Circus.
This was a lot of fun as I remember going here when I was a kid. My girls loved the performers and we watched three shows.
As my wife went to get a birthday pedicure with her friend, the girls got to play a bunch of games and even won some prizes.
After we got done playing games at Circus Circus, I took the girls over to the Rio to play KISS Monster Mini Golf. Being that they love KISS so much, this was a good surprise for them (they had no idea I was taking them there).
After that we dinner at a place called the Black Bear Diner. Unlike so many other places in Vegas, the prices were cheap. Like other places in Vegas, the food was amazing.
After dinner we picked up my wife from her dinner with her friend and headed back to the South Point Hotel and Casino.
The hotel looked beautiful at night, all golden and lit up.
At that point we wanted to give my wife some time to gamble. So she headed out to play some blackjack. It was still relatively early and the pool was closed, so I took the girls to the movie theater in the hotel and we watched Peter Rabbit 2.
The movie was really funny. Poor Norah fell asleep during the movie though as it started at 9:15 p.m.
